Happy 13th Birthday Off the Streets!!! Join us as we celebrate CUB’s Off the Streets program this April by celebrating our alumnae, staff, and community partners who have dedicated their lives to Off the Streets (OTS). Since 2006, the OTS program has served and empowered over 1,200 women by providing life-transforming services to women with histories of sex trafficking and exploitation. OTS recognizes the significant trauma the women have experienced and guides them on a path to a healthy and productive lifestyle.
Our degreed and professionally credentialed staff, who provide comprehensive case management services to the women, also have life experiences similar to the women in our program. Their life experiences and dedication informed the development of our approach and have facilitated a welcoming non-judgmental environment for the women served. Further, their image as courageous and inspiring women empowered hundreds of survivors who have come to our doors.
Twice each year, OTS celebrates the women who have graduated the program with a motivating and heart-felt ceremony. The next graduation ceremony will be held on May 30th, with 27 women being recognized for their success! If you would like to be a part of the ceremony, please contact development@cubcincy.org.
Our graduate alumnae support groups help each other to stay connected and they call themselves “Sisters for Life:” This bond provides them with a life-long support system. All of our graduates are gifted with a heart-shaped pendant necklace that symbolizes the strength that each of them have within.
