Parents, guardians, and children enjoyed food, games, crafts, music, and lots of animals at a Hoedown at Cincinnati Union Bethel's Camp Washington Early Learning Academy. Sunrock Farms brought goats, chickens, a duck, and rabbit for the children to enjoy. There was plenty of food, including caramel apples, and families could decorate a pumpkin to take home. It was lots of fun!
Despite her best efforts, Sherry was having a hard time. An illness was compromising her job and she wasn't sure how she was going to pay her rent without hours at work. A grant for rental assistance from The Women's Fund of The Greater Cincinnati Foundation helped.
