As the manager of Cincinnati Union Bethel’s College Hill Early Learning Academy, Karen Patterson leads an exceptional team. Yearly assessments show that her teachers are preparing children for kindergarten. Despite this success, Karen wants to be an even stronger leader.
She has been part of 4C for Children’s Developing Early Childhood Leaders, a 10-month leadership program designed specifically for people in early childhood education roles.
At the September seminar, Local 12 news anchor Kit Andrews presented, and Karen was able to get a picture with the local anchor.
Karen will graduate from the program in November.
