Off the Streets graduate Sheila Reisch won a Women of Excellence scholarship to help defer the costs of her education. She is in school to earn a degree in social work.
Sheila was honored as part of the Women of Excellence Awards Dinner and Gala on November 18, 2011, at the Cincinnati Marriott North at Union Centre.
Sheila is a testament that we really can change our lives.
